Returns and Cancellations

Our priority is for you to love your purchase! 

If there is any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer you a refund or store credit upon the following conditions:

  • The item return is confirmed within 14 days from the day you received your order.
  • For returns for faulty items, a full refund will be provided including a refund of the cost of postage.
  • For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for postage costs to send the item/s back to Bungalin.
  • Bungalin reserves the right to assess the condition of returned item/s prior to processing a refund.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

When will my refund or exchange be processed?

  • Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your refund has been issued.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and for your refund to appear in your account. 

We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible. If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us at and we will look into this for you.

Cancelation Policy:

You are required to notify us if cancellation is required:

More than 7 Days Prior: Full refund.
Between 2 and 7 Days Prior: 50% refund.
Within 2 Days or No-shows: No refund.

If Bungalin is forced to cancel your walk due to reasons outside of our control, all prior payments will be refunded.
